Someone popped a tooth!

His first tooth popped through on Monday. He never even complained!

So, if you're keeping score, that's 5 months and 13 days old.

Guess who else got his first tooth at 5 months 13 days old?

5 Month Diaper Shots!

We're SO LATE on this, I know, but we did take them on November 5th.  Wellllll, maybe we fudged and took them on the 6th.  Second babies - so neglected!!

This boy, he's a finger-sucker.  But give him a paci, and you may as well have asked him to eat dog food.

GQ!

What did big brother Grant look like at 5 months old??

All the old monthlies can be seen here!

3-year Pictures!

We had a family session set up with Stephanie over at Dahlias and Daisies Photography, but the session got canceled due to impending rain.  I really needed some pics for Grant's 3-year birthday party invitations, so we ran over for a quickie session in the studio the other night.  Here are a few candid shots!

Isn't he just GROWN?  And those blue eyes!  We often marvel at how we made this adorable little man.

He was out of control, running all over the place!

This wasn't a session for Ryan at all, but Stephanie is a sucker for babies.  So she grabbed him and snapped a couple.  Too bad I didn't prepare for it and put him in a cuter outfit (I'm not Type-A at all, right?)!  But as everyone points out, he makes the picture, not his clothes.  :-)

Five months!

How is this possible!!?  Hopefully we'll post diaper shots soon I know I'm so behind on posts, but we have some really cute Halloween pictures of Grant to be posted soon!

This is how Grant prefers to wear his sunglasses

I always have mine on my head, and I believe Grant wants to do the same because he never wants to wear them over his actual eyes.

Happy Halloween!

A little late, and a back-dated post, but here is our little guy having a great time trick-or-treating.

Grant loves all things vehicles - firetrucks, ambulances, police cars, construction equipment, you name it...  But when we're out and about, and he sees a firetruck, ambulance or police car, he goes nuts with excitement.  And he also seems to think that they all travel in packs.  He will often say, "I see a POWEECE CAR!!!  But I don't see an ambuwance."  He's very observant too - he will often point out that it's not "woo-woo-ing".  This kid...

Of course, he loved the idea of being a fireman.  And I loved how reflective the costume was!  Thanks, Costco!

And believe it or not, he said "Thank you!" every time someone gave him something.  Such a sweet mannered boy.

Little brother went, too, but he was content to just suck on his fingers.
